For transferring video to a PC, the process is the same for all devices, including iPads, digital cameras, Android devices, and iPhones.
For this example we used an iPad.
1. Connect your device to your PC with a USB cord
- If using a mobile IOS device, when prompted, on the device touch "Trust this computer"
- If using a mobile Android device, when prompted, on the device touch "Mount"
2. On your PC, open the File Explorer Window and locate your device
For this example we used an iPad. However, no matter what device you've connected to your PC the name of it will appear here, similarly.
3. Within your device, click on the folder "DCIM"
Regardless of the type of device, a "DCIM" folder will be available to select within it.
The "DCIM" folder is where pictures and videos are stored.
4. Click on your video
5. Drag your video on to your desktop
