How to add a video to an Organization Library.
There are two different ways that videos can be nominated to an Organization Library. A video can be nominated from a group Conversation or from your personal library.
Option 1: Nominate a video from a group
1. Click on the nominate button while viewing a video conversation
2. Click Nominate
If this is your own video, you can enter the details. Otherwise, the person who uploaded the video will still need to agree to have their video added to the library and they will be sent a notification.
3. Click Approve
4. Confirm the details for your video and click Approve
Option 2: Nominate a video from your personal library
1. Click on the nominate button while viewing the video from your personal library
Since you are the uploader of this video, you will automatically start the process to confirm the nomination.
2. Click Nominate
3. Click Approve
4. Confirm the details of your video and click Approve
