If your video recording didn't finish uploading to Edthena (maybe your internet connection dropped or your browser was closed mid-upload), don't worry! There's a good chance the video is still saved locally on your device.
Follow these steps to recover and finish uploading your video:
- Go somewhere with a fast and stable internet connection.
- On the same device where you recorded the video, sign in to Edthena.
- In your browser, open this link: https://app.edthena.com/recover.
- If a video is available for recovery, you’ll see an upload progress bar appear and begin moving.
- Once the upload completes, you’ll see a link to your Video Library where you can access the video.
Important tips:
- Only open the recovery link in one browser tab at a time. Multiple tabs can interrupt the process.
- If you don’t immediately see a processing indicator after the upload finishes, wait about 30 seconds—the video should appear shortly.
