Admins of groups on Edthena can archive groups from previous years or semesters that they no longer want to see inside their "Groups" tab.
Once a group is archived, the following is true:
- Videos cannot be shared to the group to create new conversations
- The group is moved to the "Archived" tab of "Find & Manage Groups"
- Group activity is hidden from the dashboard activity feed
- Members can still access and comment on existing content in the group
Groups can be restored by the group admin at any point in time.
1. Click "Find & Manage Groups" inside your menu of navigation options
2. Hover over the group you'd like to archive and click on "Archive group"
3. Click "OK"
3.1. Your archived groups will be available in the "Archived" section of your Groups area
Note: Archiving a group will move that group into the "Archived" tab for all users of the group.
