This document details how to manage an organization's edTPA Coordinator page.
2. Add additional Coordinators
Coordinators can add additional edTPA Coordinators for an organization. These users will co-manage an organization's edTPA settings.

3. Add faculty reviewers
Coordinators can add additional Faculty Reviewers for an organization. These users will be able to see all candidates' edTPA portfolios.

4. Edit Key Contact
Coordinators can edit the Key Contact for an organization. This Key Contact will be candidates' "first line of defense" if they have questions about their portfolios. Some universities use a listserve email such as edtpa@somewhere.edu.
Note: There may only be one Key Contact per organization.

Candidates will see the Key Contact listed on the Portfolio Overview page when building their portfolio.

5. Add Important Resources for candidates
Provide candidates with resources such as lesson planning templates or video release forms.
Note: We automatically include assessment handbooks, errata documents, and Making Good Choices for each assessment. Additionally, we provide links to the official scoring deadlines.
We also give Coordinators the option to show Understanding Rubric Level Progressions to candidates.

Any resources Coordinators personally attach will be available beneath the header "Program Resources" on candidates' Portfolio Overview page.

6. Invite edTPA-only candidates (if enabled)
Some organization will see an additional box at the bottom of their edTPA Coordinator page. Users added to this list will receive an invite to join Edthena but will only have access to edTPA features.
If a Full Access user is added, the system will automatically ignore the edTPA-only access designation.
