1. Connect the device to your PC using a USB cord
2. Click on the USB connection pop up, or swipe up on your device to see the USB connection pop up
3. Click on "File Transfer"
Note: you may have a a different version in which a USB connection widget would pop up immediately. If so, click on Transfer Files.
