Can't find emails from Edthena in your inbox? Haven't received the password reset email? There are a few reasons why this might be so.
Below are some tips to ensure you receive all emails sent from Edthena:
- Ask your school or campus IT Support if emails from Edthena are being blocked. Sometimes, school, district or university-level email filters prohibit our messages from reaching a user's inbox. To ensure this isn't happening, reach out to your local IT Support to see if such a filter is in place - and if it is, ask that Edthena be removed from the list of blocked applications. IT Support can usually do this pretty easily.
- Mark Edthena as an approved sender in your email client. You may be able to "unblock" emails from Edthena yourself. Here's how to do this inside of Gmail. And here's how to do it in Outlook.
- Check your SPAM folder. It's possible that our emails are being filtered there automatically. Don't forget to check!
- Change your primary email. You can always arrange to have emails from Edthena be sent to a different address - a personal email not restricted by higher-level filters, perhaps. Follow the steps outlined here to change your primary email address.
