Admins can edit a launched Exploration until users start attaching materials to the components inside of it.
Once users start attaching materials, even before sending those materials to a coach for feedback, the Exploration will be locked from further editing.
If all participating students remove their materials, however, then the Exploration will be open for editing once again.
Admins can edit a launched Exploration by clicking on the pencil icon beside the Exploration's title.
