If you don't see a plus sign on the video, you're looking at the video in your Video Library instead of a Video Conversation inside of your groups. You can confirm this if you see an "Edit" and "Share" button.
If you scroll to the bottom of the video overview page, all your conversations which use the video are listed. Click one of the group names to jump into the Conversation
